how you talk to others

and whether you can keep the people listening to your presentation engaged.

That is why it is absolutely essential

that you practice your presentation at least two times before your interview.

Let me now give you five quick but powerful job interview presentation tips.

Write these down.

Tip number one, make your presentation more about their company than you.

Even if you are giving a presentation introducing yourself,

I strongly recommend you focus on how your skills

and qualities will make a difference to their company in the role.

Tip number two, if you are using PowerPoint slides for your presentation,

aim for one slide every 30 seconds.

For example, if your presentation is a maximum of five minutes long,

use no more than 10 slides.

Tip number three, make sure you make good eye contact throughout your presentation.

This is important to showcase good communication skills.

If there's more than one person you are presenting to,

make sure you look at all of them periodically during your presentation.

and raise your voice slightly.

To begin with, section one is my experience.

For example, in my last position,

meet with my manager or supervisor to determine my job brief and expectations.

and ascertain my co-workers roles

and strengths and also how I can support the team's goals.

I will be selfless in all of my actions.

And number three, in the first 30 days,

I will learn my role thoroughly and make sure I learn the company's rules,

policies, and procedures to ensure that I am not only competent,

but also more importantly, compliant.

In the next 30 days, which forms part of my 60-day plan,

I will do the following thing.

I will set myself numerous SMART goals to work towards

that help the company achieve its commercial

and financial objectives.

Smart goals are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Timely.

Let's now move on to the final 30 days,

which forms my full 90-day plan.

I will then, number one,

ask my manager or supervisor for feedback on my performance to date.

Number two, I will identify any training needs

that I may have

and undertake company training courses to further develop my skills.

And finally, number three,

I will set myself further SMART goals to continue my progress in helping your
