In my last job,

we lost two team members due to sickness near the end of an important

company project.

The project needed to be completed on time,

so there was no option to extend the deadline.

and determined who was best placed to complete them based on their strengths

and capacity for additional work.

For the remaining project tasks that nobody was qualified to complete,

I suggested we source online contractors.
